1. No investment advice
Mimic.Trade provides software for automated strategy execution and risk controls. Nothing on this website, in the platform, or in related materials is investment, financial, legal, or tax advice. Strategy availability does not constitute a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any futures contract or other financial instrument.
2. Risk of loss
Futures trading involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for every investor. You can lose all funds paid to a prop firm and may incur other costs. Leverage can cause losses to occur quickly. You are responsible for deciding whether futures trading and any prop-firm program are appropriate for your experience, objectives, and financial circumstances.
3. System risk
Automated trading depends on hardware, software, network connectivity, broker services, market-data services, and third-party APIs. Any of these may fail, disconnect, delay, or behave unexpectedly. Protective orders may reduce certain risks but cannot eliminate execution risk, slippage, gaps, rejected orders, or losses. You remain responsible for monitoring your account and maintaining access to emergency controls.
4. Hypothetical and simulated performance
Hypothetical or simulated results have inherent limitations. They do not represent actual trading and may not account for market impact, liquidity, slippage, fees, technical failures, or the ability to follow a strategy during adverse conditions. No representation is made that any account will achieve results similar to those shown in a simulation or backtest.
5. Testimonials
Testimonials, if presented, reflect individual experiences and may not be representative of other clients or customers. They are not a guarantee of future performance or success. Compensation or other relationships connected to a testimonial will be disclosed where applicable.
Prop-firm rules
Automation rules vary by prop firm and account type. Some firms restrict or prohibit API automation on certain accounts. You are responsible for reviewing and following your firm's current terms, rules, and policies. Mimic.Trade does not guarantee that a particular use of the software is permitted by your firm.
